I was giving this as a Christmas gift. Fortunately I had the gift sent to me. When I opened the box to examine the contents the pears were the absolutely worst I had ever seen. They were scarred and bruised and far from the premium fruit I was expecting. Fruit on the ground at the orchard was better! The only good thing about this experience was that H&D lived up to their guarantee and refunded my order.

My friend raved about how fresh and perfectly ripe the fruit was. She was also thrilled with the Moose Munch as a special treat. Perfect balance of healthier and not-so healthy treats - all delicious. It was great to see her face afterwards, she was really thrilled.

I was informed that the basket would include gummy candy to replace the chocolates. It did not contain gummy candies as I was told that it would.
Service and delivery comments:
I very much wanted the order to arrive on a certain date, and I informed them of this when I placed the order; however it arrived five days earlier than scheduled. The guests had not even arrived at the location yet, and they would not arrive for five more days. When I called customer service, I was informed that they cannot guarantee a delivery date. I wish someone would have explained that when I placed the order. It was very disappointing.
