I have already contacted Harry and David about my disappointment with my purchase, although I have not heard back from you. There was spoiled fruit in the box I ordered. Your items are too expensive to have any spoiled fruit, and then not get a response back from customer service after my last response....not pleased with the customer service at this time. Will think twice before ordering again wth you. Not because of the spoiled fruit, but because of your failure to follow through after you made aware.

I've given and happily received Harry and David Riviera pears for many years. They are sweet, juicy, delicious whether eaten alone or in salads with the included blue cheese.

This gift arrived with pears well past their prime but Harry and David quickly replaced them.

This is a lovely gift that's always appreciated. I understand the cheese is just wonderful. However, for the high price, you would expect the fruit to be perfect, and they had to cut out sections of brown pear. That's not acceptable for this price.

Sent the Rogue Valley Gift Box to my folks. They loved the pears, but my Dad, who is a blue cheese aficianado, rated the blue cheese poorly. There were three different kinds of blue cheese with the gift box, but none of them were very good. Below par for a Harry & Davids product, which, in the past, have always been excellent. Will not order this one again.
