My friend said the box was beautiful and cookies awesome. He was impressed by the quality of appearance and flavor, and commented, "This couldn't have been cheap." I haven't seen the gift in person as it was shipped halfway across the country from me, but I trust his taste and am sure it's as wonderful as he claims. Thank you!

To be fair, I received this product as a gift; I didn't purchase it myself.
All of the treats in this gift box are ridiculously sweet and tasted under-baked (i.e. doughy and sugary). Despite the premise of "variety", there is very little variety in terms of flavor.
Based on my experience of this gift box, it's doubtful I would ever purchase something from Harry and David.
I'll stick with my local bakers, or bake it myself.

I sent this to my mother a couple months ago, just because. She loved it! Cookies and brownies were individually wrapped so they stayed fresh. She said it looked so great she didn't want to open it. Since I live 9000 mi away, she waited to open till she had me on Skype. I would definately order again!

I sent this as a Valentine's Day gift to my mother and she LOVED it!! There was a various assortment of goodies and the quality was great. She would write every few days saying she is still munching on her dessert and how yummy it was.....it kinda makes me want to buy one for myself!!

I had a January fruit selection that turned out to be awful. When I called the company made arrangements to send me a different fruit selection but also included this box of treats. They are excellent quality and will be enjoyed.

This was a good gift for my dad in a nursing home. Each item was individually wrapped. He is not allow food in his room if it is not individually wraped. So, he could keep these nearby to snack on.

The box contained several individual packages of cookies and brownies. They all looked good but just tasted ok. Some of the cookies are the same as in the Cookie Box, which I have gotten the last couple of years, but they just didn't taste as good as I remembered. I suspect the recipe or manufacturer has been changed.
