I sent these to my Mother in law who loves chocolate. She really loves truffles, she was so pleased with this gift. She loved the variety. She loves them so much she only eats one a day to make them last longer. I was worried because she lives in Arizona and with temps in the 100's I was worried they would be sitting on the porch melting. I had told her a package was going to be delivered and Fed Ex does a fantastic job keeping the shipper updated so I was able to give her a rough time of delivery and it worked out perfectly. All in all it was a perfect gift.

Harry & David chose poor inadequate packaging to protect the chocolates. Instead of how most places pack chocolates in a foam protective box, these chocolates had no protection from the elements and arrived completely melted. The gift receipt described the box as being soupy. Don't send soupy chocolate.

I too got melted soupy chocolate, but one phone call and they cheerfully sent out another box, this time packed in gel ice, that arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. The truffles are yummy and beautiful. I'm thrilled!

The product arrived completely melted and was not presentable. I was out of town when it was delivered to my wife. She told me about it when I returned from being on the road. A huge disappointment and one in which I should receive a credit or some replacement choice.
