I was very disappointed how much it cost extra to have something delivered on a specific date. An additional fee is fine but the fees you have are a little over the top.

I purchased this Tower through [@] so I could earn elevate points. The shipping was free with a certian dollar amount purchase or more, so I upgraded the gift from what I had been planning because it worked out to be the same after free shipping. This was for Mother's Day and my mom lives on the other side of the country. She was very, very happy when this showed up. She knows how fantastic Harry & David products are. She immediately looked for the Royal Riviera Pears. Unfortunately, they were not ripe yet and she had to wait about 5 days before she could enjoy their sweetness. Other than that, she loved it. She reuses the little boxes for gifts to friends and had a great time sharing the trail mix and other goodies with my dad. All in all, a great experience. I always recommend Harry & David to my friends and family. They LOVE those pears!

Receiving the beautiful boxes of Harry and David fruit is always what stuns people when I send them gifts from here.
The last gift I sent, the person could not believe how wonderful the pears were and as he continued to eat the other items in the box each one became "the best" he had every tasted.
