NEW Spiced Chocolate Tart

For die-hard chocolate-lovers, there's just no substitute for the depth and richness of a dessert like this. We start with a baking shell of finely ground pecans, vanilla cookie dough and plenty of dark chocolate. Then we fill it up with our bittersweet chocolate filling, made with sweet cream butter and (the pièce de résistance) a few pinches of cinnamon. Then we shower the whole affair with crisp, crumbled, caramelized pecans. Elegant on the plate, delirious on the palate. Serves 8.
