Starting with the cake itself: Three perfect layers with more than a hint of fine ground almonds. We separate them with thick layers of our heavenly chocolate ganache. And we frost the whole affair in our smoothest whipped cream cheese. Drizzled with more chocolate and showered with sliced almonds, it makes a snazzy presentation on a party table, too.
