Because Royal Riviera® Pears are so big and juicy, you eat them with a spoon®, most connoisseurs prefer to halve and serve them as you would a melon. Or try them with Havarti cheese or a topping of grated cheddar.
If you slice your pears for salads or desserts, we recommend a light sprinkling of lemon juice to keep fresh in appearance. It’s also a good idea to wash all fruit before eating.
