Angel Hair Pasta

With Olives and Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
  • 6 quarts water
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Harry & David® Greek Olives with Feta reserving the oil)
  • 1 pkg Harry & David® Rainbow Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 cup Romano cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil with the Harry and David® Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. Harry and David® Sea Salt.
  2. Roughly chop the Harry & David® Greek Olives with Feta.
  3. Add Harry & David® Rainbow Angel Hair Pasta to the boiling water and let boil for 45 seconds.
  4. Drain the pasta well in a colander.
  5. Return the pasta to the pan. Add the chopped Harry & David® Greek Olive with Feta, the grated Romano cheese, and 3 Tbsp. of the reserved oil. Toss well.
