Black Currant Champagne Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup Harry & David™ Black Currant Champagne Topper
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Juice of ½ lime
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
With a whisk, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Harry & David™ Kir Royal Champagne Topper, Dijon mustard and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Works well with spinach salad. Add toasted nuts, goat cheese or feta. Makes ¾ cup
