Cheesy Pepper & Onion Bites

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
- 10 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup Harry & David Pepper and Onion Relish, drained
- 3 4oz. cans chopped green chilies, well drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine cheeses, eggs, milk and Pepper & Onion Relish. Line a 18"x13" sheet pan with green chilies. Pour the blended mixture over chilies and bake for 40 minutes. Cool pan for 10 minutes before cutting into bite size squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
