Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 10 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 12-ounce can Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup Harry & David Pepper and Onion Relish, drained
  • 3 4-ounce cans chopped green chilies well drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl combine the cheese, eggs, milk and relish. Line an 18"x13" sheet pan with green chilies. Pour the cheese mixture over the chilies and bake for 40 minutes. Cool pan for 10 minutes before cutting into small squares. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 8 - 10.
