Pineapple Bourbon Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Non-Stick Spray
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds fully cooked ham, finely ground
  • 1/2 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 bottle >Harry & David Charred Pineapple Bourbon Grilling Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a large baking dish suitable for serving with non-stick spray and set aside. In a large bowl, beat milk and egg together until blended. Whisk in the bread crumbs, mustard, salt and pepper; combine well. Using your hands, work in the ground ham and pork, thoroughly blending all ingredients. Form the meat mixture into round balls about an inch in diameter. Arrange the meatballs in the prepared baking dish. Pour the Charred Pineapple Bourbon Grilling Sauce over the meatballs; bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown. Serve hot with toothpicks. Makes about 35 meatballs.
