Royal Riviera Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Harry & David® Lemon Pepper Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Harry & David® Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 oz blue cheese
- Several grinds of Harry and David® Salt and Pepper
- 10 oz mixed greens
- 2 Royal Riviera® Pears, peeled, halved, cored and sliced.
- ½ cup Sahale Valdosta pecans
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the Harry & David® Lemon Pepper Olive Oil, Harry & David® Balsamic Vinegar, and 2 oz blue cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the vinaigrette with mixed greens.
- Divide the dressed salad greens on 4 plates.
- Top each salad with a fan of pear slices.
- Crumble the remaining blue cheese and sprinkle over the pears.
- Top each salad with the Valdosta Pecans
