Tewksbury Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 3 stalks celery, finely sliced
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 2 cobs fresh corn, kernels only
- Big dollop of Harry and David® Pepper & Onion Relish
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Chill thoroughly before serving so the flavors have a chance to meld. Serve over a bed of fresh salad greens, or on crusty bread as a sandwich.
