          Great comments from the family I sent this gift to. They have now become Harry and David fans. The quality and selection was excellent. Keep up the good work H&D. Don't become like other companies and start using cheap products and charging excessive prices. Continue offering these great quality items and I will stay as a customer! GREAT PRODUCT!

                  Yes, a specific delivery timeframe can be selected on the Shipping & Messaging page of Checkout, under "Step 2. Arrival Date." After adding an address for the package, our website will generate a default arrival date. Click that date to pull up a calendar, then select a new delivery deadline.

                  At this time we do not offer a specific time window for an item to be delivered. We can accommodate arrival on a specific day though, if you choose our Overnight shipping method. Please note that Overnight service is charged in addition to our Standard delivery and processing charges.

                  The Complimentary Greeting has space for 4 lines, 30 characters per line. The Personalized Greeting Card has twice that amount of space - 8 lines with 30 characters per line.

                  A:

                  That's a very good question! We recommend that you refrigerate the White Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Chocolate Decadence Cake to keep them fresh. You can also extend the shelf life of our Royal Riviera Pears by refrigerating them (that slows the ripening process).
