I bought a doz of cookies - 6 of white choc. raspberries & 6 of mac nut choc. chips. they came individually wrapped. Try to eat just one but they were so chooey and wonderful in my mouth, I had to eat 2 more. :)

I was very pleased and surprised to receive this little package in the mail. My daughter and son in law know I love cookies next to H&D's pears.. My daughter took the time to personalize an assortment that I could share with the wife.

I did not wait for lunch to sample the peppermint one (just a little bite) it was very tasty.

This gift was sent to me after purchasing a car. Can you believe it, the dealership sent them, what a wonderful an tasty surprise. There was a nice assortment of fresh, soft and exceptionally good individually wrapped cookies. They were boxed up very nicely as well. I will definitely use your company for future gift ideas.

I commented that the cookies that I sent my grandson at camp were not stale and tasted good but were very hard. The next thing I knew Harry and David had contacted me and said they would send another free box to his college address at Texas A and M. The ones he received were not hard and he was extremely pleased and I am a satisfied customer.Thank you for prompt excellent customer service.

The cookies were packaged in a nice looking box. I was initially impressed. Then things went downhill. The cookies were small for the price. Some were very good - Frosted Lemon, White Choc Raspberry, and Snickerdoodle. The others were either oddly flavored or almost stale. The Peppermint Frosted and Chocolate Frosted Peanut Butter had very little flavor - especially surprising with the Peppermint. Others that were stale tasting - Moose Munch, Macadamian Choc Chip.

I will not be ordering these cookies again. I said this would be good for Other. By that, I meant someone who had already tried these cookies and actually liked them or at least one kind. As I said, a few kinds were yummy so stick with that. Or - if you get a big discount on this.

I ordered these cookies online as Christmas gifts for my family because I love the Harry and David stores but do not have one close to me. I am so glad that I opened the boxes to look at the cookies because about half in each box were broken. All of the cookies seemed stale and were hard. I gave them to my children who, on the plus side, said they tasted great. I am so disappointed that I have to buy new gifts and spend more money, but I couldn't give stale and broken cookies as a Christmas gift. Complete waste of money.

The cookies were on the stale side. We were expecting much better quality from Harry and David, so were disappointed. When I called customer service, I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes and this was after the rep spent several minutes finding the order (tho I provided the order number and all the information on the shipping label). Overall, not a good experience.
