    Mistake in mailing address

    Though I did not see the actual gift, my experience with your customer service people was outstanding. I had mistakenly used an old address in my original order and when I realized my mistake, I called and asked for help from your customer service rep. The delivery had not yet been made and your rep suggested cancelling and re-ordering, which worked. I am very grateful for his willingness to help me fix my mistake.

    Needs refreshing

    One or both of my brothers send us a Tower almost every Christmas. We look forward to that & enjoy it. ESPECIALLY the PEARS. But the " accessories" need to be changed on a rather regular basis. I mean, I can't tell you how many of those cherry things I've thrown away. Switch out the sugar biscuits for almond cookies or fortune cookies. Just give your Towers some new pizazz. The 'same old, same old' is getting tired.

    That said, this specific Tower is really, really good. The variety of salmon, cheese & Baklava with the WONDERFUL pears and nuts makes a delicious array of foods to share over the Holidays.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Not a great looking gift

    In the pictures it looks great but its delivered in boxes with a ribbon that is very hard to get to look like the picture. Ended up giving it as it came to me which was just not the presentation i was looking for.
