    • Q:

The 'basket' looks more like a box. Please confirm what container the gift comes in.

Tamsin, we are sorry for the confusion. The basket for this gift is a crate made of wood. It is considered a basket because it does not close like a box would.

    • Q:

I'd like to get this to the recipient 5 days before it will be used. Will the product be fresh?

Jonny, the products will certainly be fresh, though we would recommend keeping them in the refrigerator until ready to use.
