    My favorite chocolatier retired, so I thought I would try Harry & David's truffles. The inside is a bit stiffer than the creamy texture I prefer. The chocolate flavors are good, but the other flavors (coffee, hazelnut, etc.) are not as intense; you have to hunt for the flavor. I would say these truffles are average and will continue my search for the "ultimate truffle".

                                Lindy, during the months of warm weather, we must ship each of our delicious chocolate gifts via Rush service in a specially designed Styrofoam shipper with a gel ice pack inside. This ensures that the chocolate does not melt while in transit.
