I order this gift box for an client and was very disappoint in the presentation of the box and how long it took to get to the client! It took over a week for delivery! Also, we had a message gift card so the client knew who the gift was from and that wasn't not included with the gift. The client had to guess who the gift from! Needless to say the Executives at my company were very displease with the gift and embarrassed that we had such a poorly done product delivered. We will not be using Harry & David in the future.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my dad. He has a major sweet tooth, and I knew this would be a great way to introduce him to Harry and David. Of course my mom helped him eat all of the delicious treats. They called to let me know how good everything was, especially the Raspberry Galettes.

Service and delivery comments:

The product arrived propmtly. Unfortunately, the package was left on the ground (not sure why, since there is a porch), and ants got inside the box. My dad had to fight the ants off, but luckily the product was well packaged and they did not get to the goodies.

Have sent flowers...they were dead in a week...wine, drunk in a night...gift card , hard to get out to use...
My 97 year old Aunt LOVED this gift. Rationing them out everyday to enjoy with her coffee or tea, each one was a whole new delightful treat for her. I recieved a phone call almost immediately to let me know they arrived in perfect shape and she was already eating them...now that's a great gift!

  John, refrigerate upon arrival. Leave refrigerated until ready to serve, or refreeze if not planning to enjoy within the next week. May be frozen for up to 6 months without any loss of taste or texture. If frozen more than 6 months, taste will still be the same, but texture will have changed significantly.
