In 1945, David dreamed up the Signature Holiday Tower of Treats® Gift and it was a hit. The first gift tower on the market. It became so popular that people were asking for it all year long. That's when the brothers decided to make a version of their most popular gift that could be sent to anyone, any time of the year. My daughter won't be coming home from university for Easter so I sent her this at the last minute. I used two day shipping and the tower arrived in perfect condition and on time. Lucy was delighted with the variety and presentation. She says she'll repurpose a few of the boxes when they are empty. I'm glad she has some special treats to eat this holiday weekend.

My mother-in-law loved her tower of treats, but I was upset because she didn't get what I had picked out. Unfortunately, two items had been substituted(which were part of the reason I ordered this). When I called Harry and David they quickly appologized and shipped out the items.

          The recipients were totally thrilled with their gift! I will definitely use these products again! Thank you so much!

          Service and delivery comments:

          Sent out of country as a thank you. Had wrong address, and thankfully was home when contacted by H&D. H&D Customer Service and the Delivery Truck Driver stayed on the line while I fumbled for the address which I learned, wrote wrong. I had to text my friend and wait for her quick response. The entire time though, H&D Customer Service was entirely patient! I can't stress that enough. It took just long enough, that during the time she hung up with the delivery truck driver, I received the text back with the correct address, and she kindly, politely said she would call him right back. She said he was right in that neighborhood, not to worry. Thanks Delivery Truck guy and H&D, well done! P.S. Although, they didn't see my message or a return address. I typed it during the order process. Perhaps it got ripped off in excitement?

                Very satisfied with the gift. After opening the box the fresh smell of pears greeted me. The way the tower was stacked was perfect. The boxes are great to hold on to for trinkets and everything in this tower was enjoyed. Very satisfied customer and will consider buying more from Harry and David in the future.

                Service and delivery comments:

                Good condition and arrived a day before it was officially supposed too! The box wasn't damaged and even if it was the packing inside would have taken the brute of the force.

                      I've enjoyed this gift immensely. The trick is to follow the instructions - for the Pears. Let them "ripen" to perfection, then "enjoy." The other Treats are especially delicious: Chocolate-covered prunes, nuts and succulent popcorn.
                      The Chocolate Treats are "not good" for me; but I indulge.

                          That's an excellent question! Our southern Oregon crop of Royal Riviera Pears is harvested in the fall. By making use of orchards in different growing regions during our off season, we are able to supply our famous pears most of the year. During the spring and early summer, for example, we obtain our pears from boutique orchards in Chile and New Zealand.
