We love pears. Surely you've figured that out by now. But we also love our gourmet caramel and chocolate. So, naturally we combined all three. After much experimenting, we've come up with the perfect treat. We dip our gourmet, crunchy Bosc pears in caramel that is handcrafted from the finest ingredients available and then we dip them a second time in our premium blend of gourmet chocolate. And to wrap it all up, we decorate them with chocolate stringing and chopped nuts. The Southern Oregon version of caramel apples. Of course, we would use pears.

Pears arrive underripe, do not ripen within three days as is the recommended freshness date, and the dipped portion separates from the fruit while serving.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    The chocolate caramel dipped pears are now not available until October? Is this because Bosc pears are not available now? These have got to be the most delicious treat I have ever received. It was a Mothers Day gift.

      Maggie, we do use our seasonal Bosc pears to create our Chocolate Caramel Dipped Pears, which are available from October through May.
