I received a box of these peaches as an appreciation gift and they were the best peaches I've ever had, which is saying something because I'm from Georgia! (We're the Peach State!) Unlike peaches you buy in the store that were shipped while they were still green (which often don't ripen well and have poor flavor), these peaches are delicious and juicy.

**Since peaches are a product of nature, they spoil over time. It's often difficult to assess how quickly they'll become overripe. *Please* keep this in mind when you read the 1-star reviews. The bigger picture is that if you call them with a complaint, Harry and David's replaces the whole box! That's amazing customer service in my book. My box was perfect, but a co-worker's box had two overripe peaches. We called and quickly received a replacement box with an apology. Their guarentee is remarkable and they hold up to it!**

I couldn't be more pleased and will be buying some for myself and as gifts in the future. The price is more than you'd pay in a grocery store, but the quality and presentation are outstanding.

I was so looking forward to these peaches. I had sent some to my son in Utah, and he said they were fabulous. I'm glad he got the good ones! Mine were mealy and not juicy. Don't know why. I have had four, and am afraid to try the others. I would not have bothered with a review, but you did ask. Trying to think of some way to use the rest up so they are not a waste. I'm sorry about this experience, as your fruit is usually so good.

Comments about Harry & David Oregold® Peaches:

I was disappointed in delivery. The box was left in some leaves by the front door. Ants were in the box when I got home. Had to take them in and get them out of the box immediately and wash them off. Lost one peach. I really did not notice the packaging too much since it was full of ants!!!! ugh But the peaches were delicious! I would definitely order them again.

Comments about Harry & David Oregold® Peaches:

The peaches were just barely ripe so I was able to have one a day and finish all of them. They had a smooth texture, not mealy at all. The peaches had a perfect presentation in the well-protected shipping box.

Living in the Nirtheast, I had forgotten what a sweet, juicy and perfectly ripened peach tastes like. I gave these peaches to my husband as an Annuversary gift and we LOVE THEM. I intend to reorder them annually.

These are the only edible peaches I've had all year. I live in NYC and all of the stores buy "gased" peaches that look great and never ripen (just rott) or they're refrigerated and ruined (mealy).

That's an excellent question! Typically, our Oregold Peaches are boxed up and shipped as soon as they are harvested to insure that they arrive at the peak of delicious perfection. However, that means that we are unable to guarantee arrival by a specific date.
