Who doesn't love fresh sweet tasting fruit paired with flavorful cheese? Everyone of our family and friends do and this combo made a great easy and high value birthday gift. The person loved it and said everything came perfectly packaged with no damage to anything. I found it shipped faster than originally estimated which was nice since I waited to order it later than planned. Haven't been dissapointed by Harry and David gifts yet!

The apples and cheese I loved ,the pears not so much.When the pears ripened I had to cut out bad spots.The parts that I ate were good and juicy . I just kept thinking my friends paid alot for this and I could only eat a bit less than half.
If I were going to send something to someone from y'all ,I'd do maybe apples ,cheese and Popcorn (Moose Munch) or Choclate pretzels.

I received this as a 22nd birthday gift from my cousin who said these pears were the best in the world. I couldn't agree with her more! I generally don't eat pears for the fact that I find them grainy and difficult to enjoy. NOT SO with the Royal Riviera! The packaging was very beautiful and allowed for the fruit and cheese to arrive in great condition. I ate a pear as soon as I opened the box!

This was a delicious surprise! My daughter came home from a long day including a yoga class, had nothing to eat, and found this awaiting her at the apartment! She was very excited to open up the wonderful apples, pears, and cheese.

I sent this to a friend who was kind enough to give my cat a forever home. It was a small kindness compared to what she did for me but she absoluetly loved it. Her husband is a diabetic so they could both enjoy the apples and pears. You never worry about quality when ordering from Harry and David. Will purchase other things in future.

I sent gifts to two neighbors; one is leaving her home and entering an assisted living arrangement. She called, thrilled at her gift; said she was eating a pear each day and savoring them all. Another neighbor, 98 years old is set to receive hers o/a 10/23/12. I can only imagine her reaction. I am hoping it will give her something to look forward to, and that she will enjoy the contents as much as I enjoyed sending them to her.

Our Royal Riviera Pears of the Comice variety are available from early October until late February. In Summer months we offer other fine varieties of pears such as Taylor's Gold, Bartlett and Bosc. The Apples in our gifts are of the highest quality; Gala, Pink Lady, Honeycrisp, Cripps Pink or Fuiji Apples are used depending on seasonal availability.Q:
