Wonderful gift to get and/or recieve. The packaging is very impressive and the food is delicious. The people who help with orders on the phone are very pleasant and helpful but I wish they would not try quite so hard to upgrade or add additional items. It is fine to offer specials but not to push so hard.

I sent this as a sympathy basket. It was absolutely perfect. There was something in there for everyone. It arrived on time and as expected. Customer service was excellent (I actually ordered a different basket originally but saw that this one was on sale and switched to it without a problem.).

The food quality is excellent, everything is delectable. To quote the recipient, "How amazing! I have never seen such beautiful packaging! That was so generous of you, I wish you were here for my hugs!" It doesn't get better than that - I'm extremely pleased that it was so well received.

BTW, I received a H&D gift tower myself a number of years ago as a thank-you gift from my employer. The memory of that wonderful gift and its high quality is what inspired me to place this order.

Ordered as a get-well gift, for a family member on the East coast who had been in a very serious car accident. Expected delivery was one week after ordering. Impressed that it arrived within several days!

The cookies had lots of great, rich flavor. The pears were exceptional. My favorite was the chocolate covered dried cherries. The caramel corn was very good.

This is a fantastic gift purchase and I couldn't be happier. This was purchased as a gift for my mother whom I only see every 2 years or so. I send a gift for each holiday and this was purchased for Valentine's Day. She loved everything about it! The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the attention to detail was top notch. A very high quality product that I will order again.
