Avocado Pear Toast Recipe with Feta, Almonds and Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
2
slices
sturdy white bread
(toasted)
1
avocado
(mashed lightly with a fork)
½
Harry & David® Royal Riviera Pear
(cored and thinly sliced)
¼
cup
crumbled feta cheese
2
tablespoons
Marcona almonds
1
tablespoon
balsamic glaze
Instructions:
Arrange the toast on a platter.
Spread one slice of toast with 1/2 the avocado.
Top with the pears then sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and one tablespoon almonds.
Repeat with remaining toast and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
