Ingredients:
2
slices
sturdy white bread
(toasted)
4
ounces
gorgonzola cheese
½
Harry & David® Royal Riviera Pear
(cored and thinly sliced)
2
thin sliced prosciutto
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
Instructions:
Arrange the toast on a platter.
Layer 2 ounces gorgonzola cheese, 1/2 the pear and 1 slice prosciutto on the toast.
Repeat with the remaining toast.
Drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately.
