Ingredients:

For the milk chocolate fondue

  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For the white chocolate fondue

Instructions:

To make the milk chocolate fondue

  • Melt both kinds of chocolate chips, heavy cream, butter, and vanilla together in a non-stick pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and glossy (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and serve in a red or pink ramekin. It is Valentine's Day, after all.

To make the white chocolate fondue

  • Melt white chocolate chips, heavy cream, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt together in a non-stick pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and glossy (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and serve in a ramekin (preferably heart shaped if you have one).

To assemble the fondue board

  • Set the ramekins of milk and white chocolate fondue at opposite ends of your board.
  • Fill in the empty space with your favorite dipping snacks, such as apples, bananas, and pretzels, as well as treats like mini donuts, Valentine's cookies, and dipped berries.
  • Serve immediately while the fondue is still melty and warm.
