Place the mango, yogurt, ginger and coconut water in a blender.
Puree the mixture until smooth and thick.
Add ice if desired (this will make the consistency of your smoothie even thicker.)
Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and store in the refrigerator while you make the strawberry smoothie.
Place the strawberries, banana, yogurt, ginger and coconut water in the blender.
Puree the mixture until smooth and thick.
Add ice if desired.
To serve, fill a glass halfway with the mango smoothie. Top the mango smoothie with the strawberry smoothie. Serve immediately.
