Arrange the toast on a platter. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and cinnamon using a hand mixer until fluffy.
Spread half the cream cheese mixture over one slice of toast.
Top with 1/2 the pear, 1 fig and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Repeat with remaining toast.
Drizzle with remaining maple syrup and serve immediately
