Gorgonzola Pear Toast with Prosciutto and Maple Syrup

  • 2 slices sturdy white bread (toasted)
  • 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese
  • ½ Harry & David Royal Riviera Pear (cored and thinly sliced)
  • 2 thin sliced prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  • Arrange the toast on a platter.
  • Layer 2 ounces gorgonzola cheese, 1/2 the pear and 1 slice prosciutto on the toast.
  • Repeat with the remaining toast.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately.
