Honey Whipped Ricotta Pear Toast with Pecans and Thyme

  • 2 slices sturdy white bread (toasted)
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ Harry & David Royal Riviera Pear (cored and thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon fresh chopped thyme


  • Arrange the bread on a platter.
  • In a small bowl, beat the ricotta with the honey with a hand mixer until fluffy.
  • Divide the ricotta mixture in half and spread on top of the toast to coat.
  • Divide the pears and layer on top of the ricotta then sprinkle with the pecans and thyme.
  • Drizzle with more honey, if desired.
