Savory Pear Panini Sandwich

Prosciutto or thinly sliced smoked ham (3 thin slices per sandwich)
Baby Spinach (1/4 cup fresh leaves per sandwich)
Royal Riviera® Pear (peeled and sliced thin - 3 slices per sandwich)
Brie (2 slices per sandwich)
Rustic Country Bread (2 slices per sandwich)
Olive Oil


Layer all ingredients on a slice of country bread starting with Prosciutto ending with the Brie and topping with bread.

Drizzle olive oil over top of sandwich and place oil side down on a pre-heated Panini press.

Drizzle the other side of the sandwich with oil and close lid and press.

Allow to toast for approximately 5 minutes or until the sandwich has light grill marks and the cheese has melted.

Slice and serve with jam such as Harry & David Oregold® Peach Butter Preserves.
