These Subscription Terms are between you and Harry and David, LLC (“Harry and David”, “we” “our” or “us”). Your use of harryanddavid.com is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms set forth on harryanddavid.com, all of which are incorporated herein.

Your subscription will automatically create a new order in accordance with the delivery frequency schedule designated for your subscription. You also authorize us to charge your credit card or another payment method in your account. Applicable taxes and (except for discovery box-type subscriptions) shipping and processing charges are in addition to the applicable subscription order charge. You may cancel your subscription at any time for future unshipped orders, as described in the subscription {{Terms and Conditions}}.
