Boneless Sirloin Roast - USDA Prime

Make any night special with this Boneless USDA Prime Sirloin Roast. This delectable cut of beef arrives with a shaker of Epicure Seasoning, ready to cook and present as the centerpiece of a memorable meal.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw roast in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from package and preheat oven to 325°F. Season with Epicure Seasoning or salt, pepper and olive oil. Place roast in baking pan with ¼ cup water. Cover and bake for 15 minutes per pound until an instant read thermometer shows a minimum internal temperature of 135-140°F. Let roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
