Ingredients:

Harry & David® Royal Riviera® Pears
(peeled, cored and diced)
1
red bell pepper
(seeded and diced)
½
cup
red onion
(minced )
1
jalapeño pepper
(seeded and minced )
1
lime
(zest and juice)
¼
cup
fresh cilantro
(chopped )
Kosher salt and black pepper
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, toss together the pears, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro to combine
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve
Can be made up to 24 hours in advance
