Avocado Pear Toast Recipe with Feta, Almonds and Balsamic Glaze

  • 2 slices sturdy white bread (toasted)
  • 1 avocado (mashed lightly with a fork)
  • ½ Harry & David Royal Riviera Pear (cored and thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Marcona almonds
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze


  • Arrange the toast on a platter.
  • Spread one slice of toast with 1/2 the avocado.
  • Top with the pears then sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and one tablespoon almonds.
  • Repeat with remaining toast and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
