Pear Toast with Almond Butter, Granola and Honey

  • 2 slices sturdy white bread (toasted)
  • ¼ cut almond butter
  • ½ Harry & David Royal Riviera Pear (cored and thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • Arrange the toast on a platter.
  • Spread 1/2 the almond butter on one slice of toast and top with half the pear.
  • Repeat with remaining toast.
  • Sprinkle each slice with granola and drizzle with honey.
  • Serve immediately.
