Moose Munch Blondies

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate Harry & David Moose Munch
  • 1 ½ cups dark chocolate Harry & David Moose Munch

Instructions: 

  • Combine melted butter and both sugars. Mix well either by hand or with a standing mixer/hand-mixer.
  • Add egg and continue to mix for about 20 seconds.
  • Add vanilla, salt, and flour. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Gently mix milk and dark chocolate chips into batter.
  • Pour into prepared 8x8 pan and sprinkle Moose Munch over the top.
  • Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting.

Notes:

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to three days.
