Standard Shipping charges are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and related customer service. Standard rates are based on the non-sale price, as detailed in the charts below.
Please Note: Shipping & Processing is calculated using the regular price of merchandise before tax is applied.

Perishable Gifts: Some perishable gifts incur an additional charge to guarantee perfect arrival. This might include specially insulated shippers and ice-gel packs for chocolates or cheesecakes to keep them cool and delicious, and Express Shipping for cut flower bouquets so they arrive fresh and beautiful.
Gift Cards: There is no standard shipping charge for Gift Cards. To expedite Gift Cards, add $7.95 for 2-Day Express or $10.95 for Overnight Express.
Alaska, Hawaii & Canada Deliveries: for shipping to these destinations, please add an additional $9.95 per item plus Standard Shipping Charge. Allow 3 additional days for standard shipping and one additional day for express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
P.O. Box Deliveries: Shipping to a P.O. Box will incur a surcharge of $5.95.
Monthly fruit gifts: Items that have this indicator 
are harvested during the month the fruit reaches its peak quality. Because the harvest can vary, we cannot honor requests for specific arrival dates.
Floral gifts: We automatically deliver many of our plant gifts via 2-3 Day Express; see product pages for details.
Cut Flower Bouquets: To ensure perfect arrival, fresh cut bouquets are delivered via Express Shipping and incur an $9.95 shipping surcharge. Gifts with fresh flowers cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
How We Ship: Our gifts are trucked under controlled temperatures to a major city near their destination where they are released to delivery services for final delivery. We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. We recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box.
Our custom containers make sure your gift baskets, gift towers and plant gifts arrive just as fresh, perfect and delicious as you see them online. If you've ever received gift baskets from other gift companies, you'll appreciate the difference right away.
Delivery Guarantee: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
