3 Ways to Hydrate With Infused Water

If plain water just doesn't do it for you anymore, throw in some citrus and herbs.

You have to stay hydrated! How many times have your parents told you this, or you told your child? Or you read a news report saying how many glasses of water you should drink in a day? We get it, drinking water is important, but drinking our daily requirement of water can become boring.

Fruit-infused water is a simple way to stay hydrated because not only are you adding flavor that's not from artificial sweeteners, but also adding vitamins. I like vitamin C, and what better way to get it than from oranges? My preferred choice of orange is the super juicy HoneyBell. They add their own natural sweetness to the party and pair well with a variety of other ingredients, like herbs, so get creative. The three that I made are infused with vanilla, cucumber and mint, and berries and basil.

All three of these infused waters can be made up to three days in advance and enjoyed over ice or straight from the pitcher.

This pairing is surprisingly sweet and so delicious. The sweet citrus flavor with just a hint of vanilla makes this one of my absolute favorites. It may remind you of an orange creamsicle!
