It’s easy to get caught up in the complexity of cooking, but sometimes we need to go back to the basics! In our series Back to Basics we’ll show you tips and tricks for ripening your favorite seasonal fruit, walk you through some simple hacks to level up your cooking (poached pears, anyone?), and more.

We can’t argue with the fact that our customer-favorite Pepper and Onion Relish is out-of-this-world delicious right out of the jar, or mixed with cream cheese in our famous recipe (see below). But guess what? There are so many more creative ways to incorporate this sweet pepper and onion relish… and we’re sharing.

So ready your taste buds and check out these seven recipes that you can enjoy morning, noon or night.

  1. How long can you keep a jar of the Pepper and onion relish that has not been opened with the best by date of 7-16-2016?

    • We do not suggest keeping our Pepper and Onion Relish past the Best By Date, Susan. It would seem that the jar you have was received longer ago than that, so we would recommend that it be discarded.
