Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup Mix

Ingredients Needed
1 package Harry & David® Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
9 cups water
1 lb cooked chicken breast, chopped

Preparation
• In a large soup pot or kettle, combine water and the vegetable packet.
• Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
• Add noodles and chicken. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
• In a small bowl, combine soup base packet with 3 tablespoons cold water. Stir with a fork until smooth.
• Add the soup base mixture to the pot while stirring.
• Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
