Easy Beef Tacos with Salsa Verde Topping

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup Harry & David Salsa Verde
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 tbsp cotija cheese crumbles, divided
- 6 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Add the ground beef to a medium non-stick skillet preheated to medium-high heat. Break up the beef using a wooden spoon and cook until no longer pink, about five to seven minutes.
- Drain and return the beef to the skillet. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to combine. Simmer the meat over medium-low until heated through.
- In a small bowl combine Harry & David Salsa Verde with sour cream.
- To serve, take a flour tortilla and fill it with some of the taco meat. Top with 1 tbsp cotija cheese and a dollop of the Harry & David Salsa verde sour cream mixture. Repeat process until all tacos have been filled. Enjoy!
