Inspired by that local abundance of Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley, we've partnered our famous Royal Riviera® Pears with two award-winning, world-renowned cheeses from the Rogue Creamery, located a few miles from our offices. The Smokey Blue® cheese has hints of nutty flavor that come from being gently cold-smoked over shells from Oregon hazelnuts, whereas the Oregonzola® Blue cheese has a bouquet of fruit and sweet cream with a tangy flavor. Both cheeses are made with certified sustainable raw cow's milk and are cave aged for six months to ensure high quality flavor and texture.
