Guests will ooh and ahh when you present this boneless stuffed pork roast, and once they taste it, they'll be convinced you're a culinary wizard. Yet we do all the hard work for you. Apples give the stuffing a dash of sweetness to complement the roast's impeccable balance of spices. Don't expect much in the way of leftovers, however-that's how moist and delectable this pork is!

Cooking Instructions

• Thaw in refrigerator for at least 3 days, then remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
• Preheat oven to 450°F-500°F. Rub exterior of the roast with olive oil, salt, pepper, your favorite herbs, or Harry & David® Peppercorn Spice Rub. Place in a foil-lined roasting pan.
• Roast in oven for 10 minutes.
• Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue cooking for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 145°F.
• Transfer to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
