We took our classic homestyle pot pie recipe and added succulent chunks of coldwater lobster, sweet corn, and potato, along with a sherry cream sauce and a hint of cayenne to make this pot pie the hit of any celebration. Baking instructions
• For best results, cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 385°F.
• Remove plastic wrap and place tray on a baking sheet.
• Lightly brush the top and edges of the crust with egg wash or milk.
• Bake 70-90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
