Our bone-in Spiral-Sliced Ham is slowly smoked twice over hardwoods, which gives it a rich flavor and retains its natural juices. We never use artificial smoke or add water. Precooked and spiral-sliced to the bone for easy carving, our ham is wonderful served hot or cold. We've included a sweet honey glaze to top off this gourmet entrée, making it as delicious to eat as it is easy to prepare.
Serving Instructions
• This smoked ham arrives precooked, spiral-sliced, and ready to serve hot or cold.
• Thaw in the refrigerator for 2-3 days ahead of serving time. If serving cold, remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
• If serving warm, preheat the oven to 275°F.
• Remove packaging from ham and discard plastic film, foil, and any bone guard.
• Place the ham cut side down in a shallow roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
• Bake for 15-18 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 135-145°F. Do not overheat.
• Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest, covered, for 5-10 minutes before serving.
