Teriyaki Chicken Breasts
• GRILL: Lightly coat chicken with butter, margarine, or cooking oil. Broil or grill 5 inches from the heat source for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving to allow juices to redistribute.
• SKILLET: On medium heat, cook thawed breasts in a small amount of cooking oil for 10-12 minutes, turning once or twice, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing or serving to allow juices to redistribute.
Beef Burgers
• GRILL: Broil or grill 5 inches from the heat source for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• SKILLET: On medium heat, fry patties in a small amount of cooking oil for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Beef Tenderloin Brochettes
• GRILL: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly coat brochettes with olive oil or cooking spray. Grill 4-5 minutes per side, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare or desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
• OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place brochettes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
